Full Name: Riza Etch Hawkeye
Pronounciation: Ree-zah Etch Haw-kai
Gender: Female
Age: 3 Years
Breed: Golden Retriever
Rank: Loner
Mate: N/A
Offspring: N/A
Family: Ark (Father), Etch (Mother), Alphonse (Younger brother), Winry (Younger sister)
Appearance: Riza has beautiful lush golden fur, glazed with darker brown. Her tail seems to be longer and more plumed than an average dog of her breed and age, and she has very long legs and a slender body; the build of a hunter. She has dark amber-yellow eyes and her coat is rather shaggy.
Personality: Riza is incredibly devoting, and will never leave a task. Some have said that she knows the streets better than she knows herself. However, she is extremely calm and composed, but can also be very sharp and strict. She lives for her brother, as he does for her.
History: Riza was borne to a male golden retriever named Ark and a female golden retriever named Etch. Both were outcasts, living on the streets. However, Etch would often tell stories of the glorious times she had spent indoors. Ark would merely growl and walk away within these times.
Soon after Riza was a few years old, her younger brother, Alphonse was born. He had a darker coat and darker eyes, and was very quiet. Also of that litter was Winry, a pretty and energetic light-coated retriever. The family was quite happy. That is.. until they came.
A certain group of dogs had been chasing others away to claim their territory recently. Ark and the family lived by themselves inside a deserted heap dump, and he had always feared that it would be reclaimed..
Etch stayed to help fight off the fierce strays, after hiding Riza, Alphonse and Winry. However, Ark mysteriously disappeared. The youngsters hid and tries to block out the sounds, but they knew that their mother was dead. She had fended off quite well, though. The strays obviously decided to retreat - they probably thought there were more strong dogs ready.
So Riza helped raise her siblings by herself. Every time she hears the name of her mother, she is filled by joy and pride, but whenever she hears the name of her father, she is filled with anger and pain. She travels to find the truth, and a new home.
